The following terms and conditions govern the medical estimate, deposit, and service agreement provided by Colombian Dolls S.A.S. (by Colombian Care Solutions). By submitting a deposit or accepting this estimate, the patient acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms set forth below.

1. Preliminary Estimate This estimate is based on the photos and information provided by the patient. A final in-person medical evaluation will be completed upon arrival in Colombia. The treatment plan and final price may change depending on the patient's actual clinical condition.
2. Deposit Policy A $500 USD deposit is required to secure your surgery date and lock your quoted price. This deposit is non-refundable and valid for 12 months.
3. Payment Terms The remaining balance must be paid before the procedure takes place. Any additional procedures or changes requested by the patient will generate extra costs.
4. Pre-Operative Arrival The patient must arrive in Colombia at least 3 days before surgery for pre-operative evaluation and medical clearance.
5. Length of Stay The required stay in Colombia is approximately 15 to 18 days, depending on the procedure and recovery process.
6. Package Inclusions The package includes recovery house accommodation, transportation related to medical appointments, post-operative massages, IV therapy, medications, and one compression garment (faja).
7. Exclusions Flights, personal expenses, laboratory tests outside the standard pre-operative process, and services not specified in this estimate are not included.
8. Medical Compliance The patient must follow all pre-operative and post-operative medical instructions. Failure to comply may affect healing and final results and is the patient's responsibility.
9. Results Disclaimer Results may vary depending on each patient's body, healing process, lifestyle, and adherence to post-operative care. No specific outcomes can be guaranteed.
10. Role of Colombian Dolls Colombian Dolls acts as an international patient coordinator. All procedures are performed by licensed medical professionals in Colombia.
